Formation build (team build) and Managers database

Good app but there are some areas to improve on.

1. We need managers database, we should be able to check for managers to determine the max ovr of any cards. Standard and premium managers.

2. Team build, this is a very important feature to get the app going and this makes the app easier and a lot more fun to use.
