Some skill names aren't localized in language other than English.

Issue:
When I set the language to the language except English, name of all showtime skills and ‘long range shooting’ shows in English. No issue with the description of skill.

It supposed to be:
display the name translated to each language.
ex) when language set to korean, long range shooting → 중거리 슛, visionary pass → 마스터마인드 패스
